Getting Started with Health Storylines

Join on the Mobile App 

  1. Download the Health Storylines app from your app store 

  2. Once Downloaded, enter the following Study Code: 5TGKGN  

  3. If you already have an account, tap “Login” and see step 4. 

  4. If you don’t have an account, tap "Sign Up" and enter your email and password  

  5. Accept the privacy policy and terms of use  

  6. Enable notifications to stay on track with reminders  

  7. Complete your profile (name, contact details)  

  8. Review the Onboarding Guide and sign the Informed Consent to begin
