About the AXIS Registry

Led by Experts, Made for Patients

When you join AXIS, you’re taking part in a research effort supported by Yale University and guided by a scientific committee of leading autoimmune neurology experts. This helps ensure the research is thoughtful, ethical, and focused on what matters to patients.

Who can join right now?
AXIS is currently enrolling people who have been formally diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis. To make sure the Registry data is accurate and valuable, participants will be asked to confirm their diagnosis during enrollment.

We value your time 

We value the time and effort you put into sharing your experience. Participation includes short questionnaires that take about 5–10 minutes to complete every week, making it easy to fit into your routine. This is a long-term study, and participants with verified medical records may be eligible for compensation, including: 

- $100 for completing the enrolment survey 

- $10 for each monthly follow-up survey 

- Entry into a monthly raffle*
